Beaches. Homes. Roads. A few good places to eat. People who know each other's names. Marbella already feels like somewhere.
What it hasn't done yet is what usually comes next: the density, the traffic, the version of a beach town that stops feeling like one.
Inside Costa Dorada, that's ours to control: how much gets built, how it's spaced, what stays open. Beyond our fence line, we can't control it, but we can be part of the reason it goes well. And we hope it does.
We’d rather grow slowly and get it right than fast and regret it.

On Purpose
We didn't choose these 325 acres by accident. Marbella already had the space, the coastline, and the pace of life Costa Dorada is built around. We're simply adding a community that shares the same DNA.
The first section is already underway: homes and homesites closest to the beach, with the Village planned nearby.
We Don't Build
Community.
You Do.
We can build homes, amenities, and eventually a small Village at the heart of it, restaurants, gathering space, room for local businesses to take root. That part is on us.
Community isn't something we hand over with the keys. It's something the people who show up create together.
