Thoughtful evolution

The place we’re
working toward.

We’re bringing together more of the ingredients of a good life: homes, nature, places to gather, and room for businesses and ideas to take root. Some of those ingredients are here today. Others, including the Village, are part of the longer-term vision. We want Costa Dorada to become useful to Marbella and the surrounding communities as well as the people who own here.

The ambition is a place where everyday life has more room for connection, learning, recreation, and enterprise, while nature and breathing room remain defining features. That calls for thoughtful growth: building for the people who are here, learning from what they need, and leaving room for residents, local businesses, and future participants to shape what comes next.

Today’s foundation

Homes, homesites, roads, natural spaces, and the community pool form the starting point. Costa Dorada is still in its first stage of development.

The Village opportunity

The aspiration is a mixed-use gathering place with room for food, local businesses, and everyday connection. A center that could serve Marbella and neighboring communities as well as Costa Dorada.

Conceptual vision. The Village is not built. Its program, approvals, timing, and eventual outcome are not promised.

A deeper connection

Harmony Ranch.

Costa Dorada and Harmony Ranch share a vision: create places that give people more opportunity to shape the lives they want. Harmony Ranch Eden, our sister project in Utah, is the first working expression of that idea.

Eden brings together four pillars: regenerative agriculture, education, wellness and active living, and leadership and character development. A school is already operating there, one example of the philosophy taking physical form.

We intend to bring Harmony Ranch to Costa Rica, within or immediately alongside Costa Dorada, and to New Zealand. Those two locations are still planned expressions of the idea; their Harmony Ranch components have not yet been physically developed. Here, that could eventually add education, agriculture, wellness, retreats, and other ways to participate. Costa Dorada stands on its own today, with Harmony Ranch adding another layer to its longer-term vision.

Participation over prescription

We provide the ingredients.
People create the community.

Some people will build businesses, share skills, or create traditions. Others will simply spend more time outside with the people they love. There is no prescribed version of a good life here.
